Interval between donations
Men: every 3 months, up to 4 donations a year. Women: every 4 months, up to 3 donations a year.Temporary contraindications
Tattoo, piercing or surgery: 4 months. Childbirth: 6 months. Fever or infection: wait until you have recovered.
