Purpose: to organise your visit to the collection centre and contact you about your appointment.

Purpose: to view the history of your appointments and donations, and calculate the date from which you can donate again.

The next possible donation date (donor follow-up) is calculated in your browser: no data is sent.

When an artificial intelligence service is used to answer them, they are sent to it for that sole purpose. Do not enter personal medical information: for any question about your health, consult a doctor or contact CNTSCI.
To limit automated submissions, the IP address from which forms and assistant messages are sent is kept in memory for at most ten minutes, then erased.
Health data
Sensitive information, protected accordingly.
Blood group and donation dates are health data, which the law considers sensitive. They are only used to organise donations and follow up donors, and can only be accessed by authorised CNTSCI staff.
The medical interview before each donation takes place on site, in complete confidentiality: its answers are not entered on this website.
Recipients, retention and security
Who can access your data, for how long, and how it is protected.
Only authorised CNTSCI staff, within the limits of their duties, and the technical provider hosting the website. Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties.
Requests and messages: for as long as it takes to handle them and follow up.
Appointments: for as long as needed to organise the donation and follow up the donor.
